Return Policy
At The Missing Dragonfly, we want you to love every candle you purchase from us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Easy Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return any unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at themissingdragonfly@gmail.com to notify us of your return.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include your proof of purchase or order number inside the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact us at Themissingdragonfly@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process to ensure you get what you need.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
